Learn About Theater
As part of our adult education program, a new
series of classes are planned at the Little Theatre of New Smyrna
Beach. Classes and workshops will be offered in all areas of production
work. All classes are held 2 hours on Saturdays and anyone who would
like to participate is welcome. The program provides an apprentice
program so trainees can work on future productions. Pre-registration
is required for all classes. For additional information, contact

The following FEE classes are scheduled:

Feb. 10 thru March 10, 10 a.m. to Noon:
Basic Acting I - Designed for beginning actors to learn techniques
of stage acting, taught by experienced actress and director
Jane Taylor. Tuition: $30 - click

Feb. 17 thru March 10, 1 to 3 p.m.: Basic
Directing I - Learn basic directing methods to bring the written
pages of a script to production on stage. In the last class
student directors will work with student actors from Basic
Acting I. The class is taught by John Stenko who has over
50 years theater experience. Tuition: $25 - click
