Official Cast Photo

umorist Jean Shepherd's memoir of growing up in the Midwest during the late1940s follows 9-year-old Ralphie Parker in his quest to get a genuine Red Ryder BB gun under the tree for Christmas. Ralphie pleads his case before his mother, his teacher and even the guy in the red suit at Goldblatt's Department Store in downtown Homan, IN. The consistent response is "You'll shoot your eye out, kid. "

All the elements from the beloved motion picture are here, including the family's temperamental exploding furnace; Scut Farkas, the school bully; the boys' experiment with a wet tongue on a cold lamppost; the Little Orphan Annie decoder pin; Ralphie's father winning a "major award lamp" shaped like a woman's leg and more.

When a crusading television reporter, Melvin P. Thorpe, “uncovers” the illegal activity (that is, makes an issue out of something that is common, but quiet, knowledge in Texas), political ramifications cause the place to be closed down. A Comedy
May 4 - 13, 2007
Director:
Frances Johnson

photos by SandiCarroll.net
Cast of Plaza Suite

ilarity abounds in this portrait of three couples successively occupying a suite at the Plaza Hotel: A suburban couple who honeymooned there 23 (or was it 24?) years before; a Hollywood producer who meets with his childhood sweetheart for a little sexual diversion; and a mother and father fighting about the best way to get their daughter out of the bathroom on her wedding day. She’s locked herself in and won’t come out! One of Neil Simon’s best!

missing from this photo - Ken Guilbeault as Bordon Eisler and Bellhop
